Fans of the reality show Little People, Big World have been following Matt Roloff and his family since 2006. Unfortunately, many viewers don’t realize that Roloff has four siblings.

On National Siblings Day, Matt shared a heartbreaking post about his brother Joshua. Josh was born with a severe heart malformation and wasn’t expected to live longer than one day.

He is a father of four children with his mother Peggy and father Ronald Roloff. The family is often seen on the TLC reality television show Little People, Big World.

However, there is one thing that fans are not aware of. They are unaware that Matt Roloff has a brother named Josh.

Matt Roloff’s brother Josh was born with a severe heart malformation and doctors feared that he would only live for 24-hours after his birth. Despite this, Josh lived until 1999 at the age of 34.

As a child, Matt said his father would often go out and check out big rocks in the wilderness to see if they were safe to climb. He also went to bat for him and his brothers in front of their doctors when they felt they were being treated unfairly.

He grew up with a strong sense of adventure and optimism. That helped him deal with his own dwarfism, which is a form of diastrophic dysplasia.
